Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-05-12
This Privacy Policy explains how KliqBoost collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data about you when you use our website, dashboard, Telegram bots, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). We process personal data in accordance with the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulations (“GDPR” / “UK GDPR”) and other applicable privacy laws.
1. Data Controller
The data controller for personal data processed under this Privacy Policy is KliqBoost, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. You can contact our privacy team at support@kliqboost.online.
2. Personal Data We Collect
We collect and process the following categories of personal data:
- Identity and contact data: your name, business name, email address, country, and Telegram handle.
- Account data: usernames, hashed passwords, login timestamps, IP addresses, and device/browser metadata.
- Payment data: billing address and transaction records. Card numbers, bank details, and cryptocurrency wallet details are collected directly by our payment processors; we receive only a transaction reference and limited metadata.
- Service usage data: top-up history, ad-account identifiers, support tickets, deal-room messages, and content of your communications with us.
- Traffic and analytics data: pages viewed, referrer URL, approximate location derived from IP, and interactions with our marketing emails.
- KYC data (high-tier plans only): where required by our risk policy or by partner platforms, government-issued identification, proof of address, and beneficial-ownership information about your business.
3. Lawful Bases for Processing
We rely on the following lawful bases under Article 6 of the UK GDPR: (a) performance of a contract with you (for example, provisioning an ad account or processing a top-up); (b) our legitimate interests in running, securing, and improving our business (for example, fraud prevention, service analytics, and direct marketing to existing clients); (c) consent (for example, optional cookies and certain marketing communications, which you can withdraw at any time); and (d) compliance with a legal obligation (for example, tax record-keeping and anti-money-laundering checks).
4. Purposes of Processing
We use personal data to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the Services;
- Verify your identity and prevent fraud, abuse, and money laundering;
- Process payments, top-ups, and refunds;
- Communicate with you about your account, support tickets, and changes to the Services;
- Send marketing communications to existing clients (with an easy opt-out in every message);
- Comply with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations;
- Defend legal claims and enforce our Terms of Service.
5. Third-Party Processors and Recipients
We share personal data with carefully selected third parties acting as our processors or as independent controllers, including:
- Payment processors such as Stripe and various cryptocurrency payment providers, for processing card and crypto transactions.
- Telegram, where your handle and messages are processed in order to operate our Telegram-based concierge and support bot.
- Analytics providers such as Google Analytics and/or Plausible, used to understand how the website is used.
- Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers such as Google Cloud (Cloud Run, Cloud SQL), Cloudflare, and similar, who host our application and data.
- Advertising platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Taboola and other partners) whose accounts you access via our service.
- Professional advisers (lawyers, accountants, auditors), and law enforcement or regulators where required by law.
6. International Data Transfers
Our Services are operated from the United Kingdom and some of our processors are based in other jurisdictions. Where we receive or transfer personal data of individuals located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or other regions with data export restrictions, we put in place appropriate safeguards (such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK Addendum, or equivalent mechanisms) together with supplementary measures where necessary. You can request a copy of the relevant safeguards by contacting support@kliqboost.online.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Account and transactional records are typically retained for 7 years after the end of the customer relationship in order to comply with applicable UK tax and anti-money-laundering obligations. Marketing preferences are retained until you withdraw consent or unsubscribe. Server logs and analytics data are retained for shorter periods (typically up to 26 months).
8. Your Data Subject Rights
Subject to the conditions set out in applicable law (including the UK GDPR and EU GDPR), you may have the following rights in relation to your personal data:
- Right of access — to obtain confirmation that we process your data and a copy of it.
- Right to rectification — to have inaccurate data corrected and incomplete data completed.
- Right to erasure — to have your data deleted where there is no good reason for us to continue processing it.
- Right to restriction of processing — to ask us to suspend the processing of your data in certain circumstances.
- Right to data portability — to receive your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
- Right to object — to object to processing based on our legitimate interests and to direct marketing.
- Right to withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
9. Exercising Your Rights
To exercise any of your rights, please email support@kliqboost.online from the address associated with your account, or message @Chris_Darton on Telegram. We may need to verify your identity before we can respond. We will respond to your request within one month, although we may extend that period by up to two further months for complex requests. We do not charge a fee, unless your request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.
10. Cookies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. For details about what cookies we use, why we use them, and how you can control them, please see our Cookie Policy.
11. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure of, or access to it. These measures include encryption of data in transit (TLS), encryption at rest for sensitive fields, role-based access controls, audit logging, secret management via Google Cloud Secret Manager, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Children’s Data
The Services are intended for business clients and are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe that we may have collected personal data from a child, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
13. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when the latest changes were made. When changes are material, we will provide more prominent notice (for example, by email or via the dashboard) before the changes take effect.
14. Complaints
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority — for example, the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (https://ico.org.uk), or the relevant supervisory authority in your EU member state. We would, however, appreciate the opportunity to deal with your concerns first, so please contact us before approaching a regulator.
