Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, “Client”) and KliqBoost, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom (“KliqBoost”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By registering an account, placing an order, or otherwise using our website, platform, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the KliqBoost website, dashboard, Telegram bots, or any related service (collectively, the “Services”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract under the laws of England and Wales (or any other jurisdiction that applies to you) in order to use the Services. The Services are intended for business customers and are not offered to consumers. By using the Services you confirm that you are acting in the course of your trade, business, craft, or profession and that you are not a “consumer” for the purposes of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
3. Description of Services
KliqBoost provides advertising-account access provisioning and related media-buying support. This includes, but is not limited to, access to whitelisted agency advertising accounts on third-party platforms (such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Taboola and other native/social networks), top-up and balance management, basic campaign support, and a workflow concierge available via our web dashboard and Telegram. We do not own or operate the underlying ad platforms; access is provided pursuant to agreements with those platforms and their availability and terms are outside our control.
4. Account Registration and Responsibilities
To use most parts of the Services you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials, your Telegram session, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@kliqboost.online of any unauthorised access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that show signs of compromise, fraud, or misuse.
5. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Services to promote content that is unlawful in the jurisdiction where the campaign is served, including but not limited to: child sexual abuse material; content that incites violence or terrorism; fraudulent or deceptive offers; phishing or malware distribution; sanctioned-party transactions; unlicensed financial services; or any vertical that the underlying advertising platform expressly forbids. We may immediately suspend access, pause campaigns, or close accounts that breach this section, and we may report suspected illegal activity to the relevant authorities.
6. Payment and Fees
Our pricing has two components: (a) a recurring subscription fee for access to the agency account tier and dashboard features; and (b) a top-up fee charged as a percentage of the amount you load into your advertising balance. Fees, payment methods, and any volume-based discounts are described in your dashboard or order confirmation and are payable in advance of service delivery. Unless otherwise stated, all amounts are exclusive of VAT and any other applicable taxes, which you are responsible for paying.
7-day trial. New clients are eligible for a 7-day trial period during which no setup fee is charged and the top-up fee is reduced to 0%. The trial begins on the date your first balance is loaded and ends 7 calendar days later, after which our standard fees apply. We reserve the right to withdraw or modify the trial offer at any time and to refuse the trial to clients who appear to be abusing it.
7. Refunds
Save where required by mandatory consumer law (which generally does not apply to our business clients) and except as expressly set out below, all fees are non-refundable once paid. Unspent advertising balances may, at our discretion, be refunded net of platform fees, payment-processor fees, and any irrecoverable spend incurred by the underlying platform.
Taboola Scale full-refund clause. Clients on our Taboola Scale plan are eligible for a full refund of unspent ad balance held in a Taboola agency account, subject to the conditions set out in the plan description and provided that the request is made in writing within 30 days of the original top-up and no material breach of these Terms has occurred. Refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible.
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Services, including the website, dashboard, brand, logos, written guides, and any software we provide, remain owned by KliqBoost or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services solely for the purpose of running your own advertising campaigns during the term of your subscription. You retain ownership of your own creatives, landing pages, and campaign data, and grant us a limited licence to host and process them for the purpose of delivering the Services.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any specific account will remain active, achieve any particular result, or pass any third-party platform review.
10. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under English law. Subject to the foregoing, our total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services (whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise) shall be limited to the total fees paid by you to us in the 3 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of anticipated savings, or loss or corruption of data.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KliqBoost, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Services in breach of these Terms; (b) any campaigns, creatives, landing pages, or offers you run; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) your infringement of any third-party right, including intellectual property and privacy rights.
12. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms, that your activity exposes us or our partners to legal, financial, or reputational risk, or that we are required to do so to comply with applicable law. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@kliqboost.online. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including liability, indemnity, and governing law) will continue in force after termination.
13. Third-Party Platforms
The Services rely on third-party advertising platforms and their terms of service. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for any decision a third-party platform makes regarding your campaigns, including reviews, rejections, suspensions, or refunds, although we will use commercially reasonable efforts to help you resolve account issues during the term of your subscription.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or via the dashboard. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of them.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim.
